Yes. Rosenborg admits visitors in 10-minute slots, and your ticket is valid for the slot you choose. The picker at checkout shows what the operator actually has left.

Arrive within 20 minutes of your slot and you will normally be let in. Later than that and the ticket may not be honoured, so leave yourself margin — Nørreport is five minutes away on foot.

Yes. The Crown Regalia and Crown Jewels are in the basement Treasury and are covered by the same ticket. There is no separate charge.

No. Under-18s enter Rosenborg free, so we do not sell a child ticket. Book adults only and bring the children with you.

A valid student card, shown at the castle door. Bring the physical card — the check happens at the entrance, not at booking.

About 90 minutes. The rooms are small and the staircases narrow, so the castle moves slowly when it is full.

Only partly. Rosenborg is a 17th-century house with narrow spiral staircases and no lift to the upper floors, and the Treasury is down a flight of stairs. Tell us before you book and we will be straight with you about what you can reach.

Photography without flash is generally allowed in the apartments. The Treasury has its own rules, which staff will point out — please follow them.

By email, as a mobile e-ticket with a QR code. Show it on your phone at the entrance — nothing to print.

Usually yes, if you tell us before the day. Reply to your confirmation email with the slot you would prefer and we will move it whenever the operator has space.

No. We are an independent concierge service that buys the official ticket for you and answers questions in English. You can also buy directly from Kongernes Samling at kongernessamling.dk.

If stairs are a real problem, or you have under an hour in Copenhagen, this is the wrong ticket. The King's Garden outside is free, open late, and gives you the building from the outside without the staircases.
